Summary

This command initialises/creates the map but does not display it

Syntax

mergMKCreate

Description

It must be called after the stack is open so if opening an app to a map you would need to send this command after openStack is complete. The external retains a reference to the control that called this command (the control reference equivalent to "me" when calling the command) and sends any callbacks to it.
